- Parents information form
- Emergency contact form
- Media release form
- Three passport size photos
- Copy of passport (child/father/mother)
- Copy of residency visa (for non-Kuwaitis only)
- Copy of Civil ID (child/father/mother)
- Copy of birth certificate
- Copy of the parent’s nationality (for Kuwaitis only)
- Copy of the past two end of year report cards. (For students applying for grade 2 onwards)
- Behavior report from the previous school (For students applying for grade 5 onwards)
- Financial policy
Upon acceptance into One International School the following documentation are required:
- Original transfer letter and student
- Clearance certificate from the previous school
- Original medical file
